By purchasing from Riwa Studio, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
All works sold by Riwa Studio remain the intellectual property of the artist until full payment is received. Upon purchase and payment in full:
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept payments via Stripe and PayPal. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Payment plans may be available upon inquiry — contact us to discuss.
All artworks are carefully packed and dispatched within 5–10 business days of order confirmation. Custom or commissioned works may require additional time, which will be communicated at the time of order.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, dimensions, and weight. All shipments are insured for their full declared value. You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT applicable in your country.
We ship worldwide. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs inspections and delays. Riwa Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local delivery services.
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the work arrives damaged, photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours at contact@riwatech.net. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Given the nature of original artworks, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the work arrives damaged or is significantly different from its listing.
If you believe there is a legitimate issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess each case individually and work toward a fair resolution.
Commissioned works are subject to a separate agreement outlining timeline, dimensions, and price. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin any commission. The remaining balance is due prior to shipment. Commissions are not eligible for cancellation once work has commenced.
We make every effort to represent our works accurately through photography. However, please note that colors and textures may appear differently on screen due to monitor settings. Dimensions are listed in centimeters unless otherwise noted. If you have specific questions about a work, please contact us before purchasing.
Riwa Studio's liability is limited to the purchase price of the work in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, ownership, or display of any work.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in good faith through negotiation prior to any formal proceedings.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
