We take great care in how your artwork reaches you — from our hands to your door, insured and handled with the respect your piece deserves.

Shipping

Processing Time

All artworks are carefully inspected and packed by hand. Orders are processed within 5–10 business days. Custom-framed works or commissions may require additional time — we will keep you informed throughout the process.

Shipping Method

All shipments are sent via reputable international carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, or equivalent) chosen based on destination and package dimensions. Every shipment is fully insured for its declared value and includes tracking information.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country, dimensions, and weight of the artwork. Rates vary by region — an estimated shipping fee will be displayed on the product page and confirmed before payment.

Customs & Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, or local taxes upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost or purchase price. Please check your country's import regulations before placing an order.

Delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Typical delivery times are:

Delays beyond our control (customs processing, carrier issues) are not the responsibility of Riwa Studio, but we will assist you in tracking your shipment.

Receiving Your Order

Please inspect your package thoroughly before signing. If the packaging appears damaged, note this on the delivery receipt or refuse the shipment. If the artwork inside is damaged, photograph everything immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@riwatech.net.

Returns

Given the unique and fragile nature of original artworks, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless:

If you believe you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence of both the packaging and the artwork. We will review your case promptly and work toward a fair resolution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund at our discretion.

Commissions

Custom and commissioned works are subject to a separate agreement. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to begin any commission. Commissions are not eligible for cancellation once work has commenced. Please review our Terms of Service for full details.
